College Glen Yearly Real Estate Recap Video - 2015 year in review
A very "healthy" year for real estate in College-Glen for 2015. The neighborhood followed a very traditional market of slower in the winter to start the year but then things picked up in the spring/summer season. That carried into the fall with a few very strong months and then the year ended by slowing down a bit again. The market was balanced for both buyers and sellers due to more inventory than years past. The properties that are priced right, show well and have good marketing are getting sold quickly but those properties that are lacking or priced too high are sitting and needing price reductions to get any consideration.
I expect a very similar year in 2016 as well...time will tell :-)
